dear Glen,

one correction to your list, I think Doug Peterson's PhD is not from Oxford University but Oxford Center for Mission Studies (OCMS), which is not a 'secular university'. The current director of OCMS is Dr. Wonsuk Ma who used to be the academic dean of Asia Pacific Theological Seminary.

Maybe i can add some more to the list from the other part of the world. Some faculty members at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary had their graduate education from secular university. Roli dela Cruz got his PhD in textual criticism from Birmingham University under Prof. D.C. Parker. Chris Carter's PhD is from Aberdeen University. Paul Lewis did his PhD at Baylor University. Todd Labute has a PhD from Marquette University. John Carter, former president of APTS, did his PhD education at University of Illinois in educational psychology.

blessings,
Eka
