It\u2019s tru\u00adly a new day in the Assem\u00adblies of God. George Wood is on Face\u00adbook<\/a>. For those of you from anoth\u00ader world, he\u2019s the Gen\u00ader\u00adal Super\u00adin\u00adten\u00addent of the Assem\u00adblies of God. So he\u2019s kind of like our Pope. Just with a lot less author\u00adi\u00adty. And with\u00adout the cool wardrobe. Or a Pope\u00admo\u00adbile. He\u2019s basi\u00adcal\u00adly in charge, though.<\/p>\n

I noticed it by acci\u00addent ear\u00adli\u00ader today and I thought it had to be a mis\u00adtake. Once I real\u00adized it real\u00adly was him and not some Bible col\u00adlege kid play\u00ading a joke, I emailed him to ask if it was okay to share this pub\u00adlicly \u2014 I thought per\u00adhaps he had acci\u00adden\u00adtal\u00adly left his pri\u00adva\u00adcy set\u00adtings too open.<\/p>\n

It turns out he\u2019s avail\u00adable on pur\u00adpose. He accepts friend requests from peons like me (and pre\u00adsum\u00adably you).<\/p>\n

And on top of that, Dr. Wood has been pod\u00adcast\u00ading like crazy with two sep\u00ada\u00adrate pod\u00adcasts: inter\u00adviews with lead\u00aders<\/a> and stud\u00adies in the book of Mark<\/a> <\/p>\n
