For con\u00adtext, the arti\u00adcle<\/a> is about a Hawai\u00adian Lu\u2019au on cam\u00adpus.<\/p>\n
\n\u2026kahlua pig \u2026 is tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly pre\u00adpared by fill\u00ading the pig\u2019s abdom\u00adi\u00adnal cav\u00adi\u00adty with hot stones, then plac\u00ading the pig in a pit con\u00adtain\u00ading hot stones.<\/p>\n

Per\u00adhaps the most inter\u00adest\u00ading side dish was the poi, pound\u00aded taro root that is knead\u00aded into a smooth paste, tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly meant to be eat\u00aden by scoop\u00ading it out of a bowl with one\u2019s fin\u00adgers.<\/p>\n

I came last year and had to come again to sup\u00adport friends and watch the great dances. Although next time you\u2019re talk\u00ading about slaugh\u00adtered pigs and root paste try to fig\u00adure out a sub\u00adtle way to work in \u201cChi Alpha Chris\u00adt\u00adian Fel\u00adlow\u00adship<\/a> meets at 7:30pm every Wednes\u00adday school is in ses\u00adsion in build\u00ading 300\u2013300.\u201d I\u2019m not quite sure how to do that ele\u00adgant\u00adly, but there must be some way. Maybe some\u00adthing like \u201cOf course, slaugh\u00adtered pigs can\u00adnot atone for our sins. They are mere\u00adly tasty. How\u00adev\u00ader, there is one sac\u00adri\u00adfice<\/a> <\/p>\n
