[<a href=\"http:\/\/hillel.stanford.edu\/\">Hil\u00adlel\u2019s web\u00adsite<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>They were able to lease some prop\u00ader\u00adty on campus\u2013for a whop\u00adping $15,000,000. Yes, that\u2019s 15 times 10 to the 6th pow\u00ader. Fif\u00adteen mil\u00adlion bucks. If I read the arti\u00adcle cor\u00adrect\u00adly, that was $5,000,000 for the lease and oth\u00ader ini\u00adtial costs, $5,000,000 for ren\u00ado\u00adva\u00adtion, and $5,000,000 to cre\u00adate an endow\u00adment fund for the cen\u00adter. They\u2019re still work\u00ading on the last $10,000,000.<\/p>\n<p>Wow.
