Our strategy isn\u2019t super-sophisticated \u2014 we just set up a table on White Plaza and beckon students over to chat with us. We also give them free stuff (like popcorn and these really cool eco-friendly shopping bags).<\/p>\n<p>The photo on the right is me and a couple of our hardworking students.<\/p>\n<p>But there\u2019s been an unexpectedly cool development. The table next to us has been for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stanfordesp.org\/\">Stanford Educational Studies Program<\/a> <u style=\"display:none\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sembrarpaz.com?easter_egg_adventure_the\">free easter egg adventure the<\/a><\/u>  (they\u2019re trying to recruit some freshmen to teach high school students stuff) and is manned by one of our students, Ben. Ben works with really cold stuff \u2014 about as close to absolute zero as humanity has been able to get (millikelvins, if you\u2019re curious). So something like liquid nitrogen is like hot chocolate to him \u2014 it\u2019s at a mere 320 Fahrenheit below zero. I know 320 below sounds cold, but most of the universe is much, much colder than that \u2014 just not the part that we inhabit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"g2image_float_right\"><wpg2>65927<\/wpg2><\/div>\n<p> <em style=\"display:none\"><a href=\"http:\/\/brainstorm9.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/1\/avodart-side-effects.html\">avodart side effects<\/a><\/em> <u style=\"display:none\"><a href=\"http:\/\/brettmartin.org\/blog?the_ballad_of_josie\">the ballad of josie download<\/a><\/u>  So Ben brings these containers (called dours) of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Liquid_nitrogen\">liquid nitrogen<\/a> out to White Plaza and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polsci.wvu.edu\/Henry\/Icecream\/Icecream.html\">makes ice cream with them<\/a> <\/p>\n<ul style=\"display:none\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.pdma.org?center_stage\">center stage online<\/a>\n<p style=\"display:none\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.pdma.org?phantom_punch\">download phantom punch online<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  in front of people. It\u2019s very eye-catching. Massive amounts of fog are generated. And the resulting ice cream is&nbsp;yummy.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, the drink for my lunch had gotten warm, so I asked Ben if we could use some liquid nitrogen to cool it off. It worked like a charm. Plus it was fun to do. Extremely fun.<\/p>\n<p>That morning I had already been thinking that I had one of the best jobs in the world. And then I get to play with liquid nitrogen. While doing my job.
