I <a href=\"http:\/\/glenandpaula.com\/archives\/2004\/03\/12\/relevant-network\/\">reviewed my first box<\/a>, meant to review my sec\u00adond but got a lit\u00adtle bit busy, and now want to tell you what came in my third (and also allude to the sec\u00adond when appro\u00adpri\u00adate).<\/p>\n<p>In both the sec\u00adond and third box\u00ades I received 5 copies of the most recent issue of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relevantmagazine.com\/\">Rel\u00ade\u00advant Mag\u00ada\u00adzine<\/a>. Nice for hand\u00adouts to students\u2013I gave away the last ones and I\u2019ll give these away as well.<\/p>\n<p>In both of the last two box\u00ades I received the lit\u00adtle mag\u00ada\u00adzinelet <em>Rel\u00ade\u00advant Leader<\/em>, which seems to be devel\u00adop\u00ading into some\u00adthing a lit\u00adtle more than the anno\u00adtat\u00aded resource review it was in the first box.<\/p>\n<p>As in the pre\u00advi\u00adous two box\u00ades I received a good mix of books and CDs. <\/p>\n<p>The CDs include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamismith.com\/jamismith\/index.html\">Jami Smith<\/a> \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticalmusic.com\/index.php?page=product&amp;ProductCode=19742\">Home<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.268store.com\/cgi-bin\/SoftCart.100.exe\/scstore\/p-1340CD.html?L+scstore+mfpq0159+1089701534\">Hymns Ancient &amp; Mod\u00adern  by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.passionnow.org\/enter.shtml\">Pas\u00adsion Min\u00adistries<\/a>.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worshipmusic.com\/29862.html\">Des\u00adper\u00ada\u00adtion: From The Rooftops<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Israel &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newbreedmusic.com\/\">New Breed<\/a>: <a href=\"http:\/\/newbreedmusic.com\/AnotherLevel.htm\">Live From Anoth\u00ader Lev\u00adel<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worddistribution.com\/_products.php?mode=detail&amp;pID=1783\">Every\u00adthing Counts: Wor\u00adship Songs for Rad\u00adi\u00adcal Liv\u00ading<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The books are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zondervan.com\/Books\/Detail.asp?ISBN=0310922674\">The Word on the Street<\/a> by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.roblacey.com\/\">Rob Lacey<\/a> (the box had the UK edition\u2013the US edi\u00adtion won\u2019t be out until Sep\u00adtem\u00adber). There was also an enhanced CD based on the book.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/0310232228\/qid=1080232075\/sr=1-1\/ref=sr_1_1\/102-4095306-4339341?v=glance&amp;s=books\">Sum\u00admoned To Lead<\/a> by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leonardsweet.com\/\">Leonard Sweet<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.relevant-books.com\/Books\/miles2cross\/default.htm\">Miles to Cross<\/a> by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craveresources.com\/about.htm\">Mike How\u00ader\u00adton<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.makingsenseofchurch.com\/\">Mak\u00ading Sense of Church by Spencer Burke<\/a> (nice web\u00adsite, worth check\u00ading out)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.relevant-books.com\/Books\/rockstars\/default.htm\">Rock Stars on God by Doug Van Pelt<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gospellight.com\/Merchant2\/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&amp;Store_Code=GL&amp;Product_Code=08307.33221\">Here I Am To Wor\u00adship by Tim Hugh\u00ades<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My crit\u00adi\u00adcism of the first box (that it con\u00adtained almost no min\u00adistry resources) has been tend\u00aded to, inci\u00adden\u00adtal\u00adly.  The last box, for instance, con\u00adtained a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.highwayvideo.com\/\">High\u00adway Video<\/a> DVD and a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craveresources.com\/resourcing\/strategy.htm\">Blue\u00adprints CD from Crave Resources<\/a>. I was\u00adn\u2019t as impressed with the Blue\u00adprints CD as I want\u00aded to be, by the way.<\/p>\n<p>This box car\u00adries on the resource trend with a DVD called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticalsky.com\/thatsmyking.asp\">That\u2019s My King<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verticalsky.com\/\">Ver\u00adti\u00adcal Sky Pro\u00adduc\u00adtions<\/a>. There is also a jour\u00adnaly kind of Bible-study thing to accom\u00adpa\u00adny the Miles to Cross book.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, I still think Rel\u00ade\u00advant Net\u00adwork is the best bang for buck any min\u00adistry to col\u00adle\u00adgians or twen\u00adtysome\u00adthings is like\u00adly to run across.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve just received my third install\u00adment of resources from Rel\u00ade\u00advant Net\u00adwork.
