Here are sev\u00aden spe\u00adcif\u00adic things I love about our move\u00adment:<\/p>\n

  1. We have a great cul\u00adture in Chi Alpha. Almost all the big buzz\u00adwords in lead\u00ader\u00adship (men\u00adtor\u00ading, learn\u00ading orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion, authen\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adty, being mis\u00adsion\u00adal, etc) have been core parts of our DNA for decades.<\/li>\n
  2. Most of the best peo\u00adple I know are Chi Alpha lead\u00aders. Read that again if it\u2019s con\u00adfus\u00ading.<\/li>\n
  3. Chi Alpha offers great train\u00ading. Whether it\u2019s in the area of lead\u00ading a small group or sup\u00adport-rais\u00ading, the train\u00ading is top-notch and use\u00adful.<\/li>\n
  4. Chi Alpha con\u00adsis\u00adtent\u00adly offers life-trans\u00adform\u00ading region\u00adal and nation\u00adal con\u00adfer\u00adences (with some of the best wor\u00adship to be found any\u00adwhere, I might add).<\/li>\n
  5. Chi Alpha is part of the Assem\u00adblies of God, and the Assem\u00adblies of God rocks in ways I can\u00adnot even begin to describe here. Some\u00adday I\u2019ll have to make anoth\u00ader list of sev\u00aden things about them.<\/li>\n
  6. Chi Alpha is very entre\u00adpeneur\u00adial. I have almost com\u00adplete auton\u00ado\u00admy with\u00adin my sphere of respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty (the cam\u00adpus I am assigned to). I can pret\u00adty much do what\u00adev\u00ader I want, and yet I know that if I need help or coach\u00ading it\u2019s just a phone call away.<\/li>\n
  7. Chi Alpha is very mis\u00adsion\u00adal, both in what we do on cam\u00adpus and in what we seek to do beyond it. We teach our stu\u00addents to be effec\u00adtive for Christ in a non-Chris\u00adt\u00adian envi\u00adrone\u00adment and we do it so well that they have become the recruits of choice for some of our sharpest mis\u00adsion\u00adar\u00adies around the globe. Which is why Assem\u00adblies of God World Mis\u00adsions sank over a mil\u00adlion dol\u00adlars into The World Mis\u00adsions Sum\u00admit ear\u00adli\u00ader this year\u2013and which is why they got over 700 recruits in return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
