Review XA 2010 Implementation Team&nbsp;Work<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizational chart and definitions<\/li>\n<li>Executive Leadership Team, membership and duration, frequency of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Area Director position and area&nbsp;maps<\/li>\n<li>Task group goals summarized&nbsp;<ul>\n<li>Added Non traditional, church led and student led task&nbsp;group<\/li>\n<li>Identified International Student Ministry Work Group and District Resource Team as similar to task groups to report activity and&nbsp;goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Calendar<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The World Mission Summit<\/li>\n<li>DXAR Conference<\/li>\n<li>Campus Ministers Conference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Community of mission statement<\/p>\n<p>4. Missionary furlough survey<\/p>\n<p>5. Campus Ministers Conference<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\tLarry&nbsp;Crabb<\/li>\n<li>\tPatrick Lencioni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Suggestions for Department Directors<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student Ministries\/ or Student Missions- E. Scott Martin<\/li>\n<li>International Student Ministry \u2013 Jerry Gibson<\/li>\n<li>Student Mobilization \u2013<\/li>\n<li>Campus evangelism \u2013<\/li>\n<li>Personnel \u2013 Bob&nbsp;Marks<\/li>\n<li>Training and Resource<\/li>\n<li>Communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At this point I don\u2019t have much info beyond that. I assume the names for CMC are potential speakers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you will note, we\u2019ve created several new departments and so we need to recruit people to those roles.
