I just found out that Stan\u00adford has a cen\u00adter called Bio\u2011X.<\/p>\n

Is it just me, or does that sound like some sort of shapeshift\u00ading super\u00adhero?<\/p>\n

In real\u00adi\u00adty, Bio\u2011X is arguably the most ambi\u00adtious inter\u00addis\u00adci\u00adpli\u00adnary bio\u00adscience research effort in the world. <\/i> (source<\/a>)<\/p>\n

There\u2019s an inter\u00adview with Matthew Scott, chair of Bio\u2011X, on the Stan\u00adford web\u00adsite<\/a>. In it, he talks about his hopes for the super\u00adhero-monikered pro\u00adgram.<\/p>\n

One sec\u00adtion I found par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly inter\u00adest\u00ading:

Still, it sounds like a tremen\u00addous\u00adly impor\u00adtant research project\u2013giving me anoth\u00ader occa\u00adsion to repeat our ral\u00adly\u00ading cry\u2013today they learn, tomor\u00adrow they lead<\/a>.
