The indus\u00adtries of the future can only be built in Amer\u00adi\u00adca if they take up near\u00adly no land, use near\u00adly no ener\u00adgy, require very lit\u00adtle bank financ\u00ading, and are able to pro\u00adcure skilled labor as need\u00aded from abroad. Some\u00adhow the inter\u00adnet indus\u00adtry sat\u00adis\u00adfied all of those con\u00addi\u00adtions for three decades, but that time is done.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
