If that\u2019s you, then here are some needs that we have in our min\u00adistry.<\/p>\n

Expensive Items<\/h2>\n

$10,000,000 to estab\u00adlish a min\u00adistry cen\u00adter near Stan\u00adford.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yeah, it real\u00adly would cost at least that much. We\u2019d be look\u00ading at pur\u00adchas\u00ading an exist\u00ading reli\u00adgious cen\u00adter or a busi\u00adness prop\u00adert adja\u00adcent to cam\u00adpus and then remod\u00adel\u00ading it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fail\u00ading that, $1,000,000 to pur\u00adchase a home near Stan\u00adford.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Again, it real\u00adly would cost that much. We\u2019re cur\u00adrent\u00adly rent\u00ading about five min\u00adutes from Stan\u00adford and there\u2019s a home across the street on the mar\u00adket for $1.1 mil\u00adlion. And it\u2019s not a real\u00adly nice house\u2013housing prices are just ridicu\u00adlous here. This mat\u00adters because the nature of our min\u00adistry is rela\u00adtion\u00adal, and so we have stu\u00addents over all the time. If we had a home with\u00adin 15 min\u00adutes of Stan\u00adford we\u2019d be bet\u00adter stew\u00adards of God\u2019s mon\u00adey (not spend\u00ading it on rent) and we\u2019d be able to up the qual\u00adi\u00adty of our min\u00adistry to stu\u00addents rad\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly. We\u2019d have more stu\u00addents over more often and accom\u00adplish more in the way of dis\u00adci\u00adple\u00adship and mod\u00adel\u00ading. Plus, we\u2019d be able to host oth\u00ader min\u00adis\u00adters in our house for a week or two at a time and expose the stu\u00addents to them and their min\u00adistries, there\u00adby increas\u00ading the like\u00adli\u00adhood that stu\u00addents would \u201cget it.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Midrange Items<\/h2>\n

$6,000 to set up a mul\u00adti\u00adme\u00addia stu\u00addio. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This would cov\u00ader a dig\u00adi\u00adtal video cam\u00adera, a ded\u00adi\u00adcat\u00aded com\u00adput\u00ader for video-edit\u00ading, and the soft\u00adware nec\u00ades\u00adsary to do high-qual\u00adi\u00adty videos. With such a stu\u00addio, we could cre\u00adate high-qual\u00adi\u00adty train\u00ading videos for col\u00adlege min\u00adistries across Amer\u00adi\u00adca. We could also do some neat stuff in our large-group meet\u00adings at Stan\u00adford.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

$500 for a smart\u00adphone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This would help Glen be more organized\u2013and he needs all the help he can get!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
