In the lat\u00adter book, Collins talks about the cru\u00adcial\u00adi\u00adty of lev\u00adel 5 lead\u00ader\u00adship. Lev\u00adel 5 lead\u00aders com\u00adbine humil\u00adi\u00adty and strength in a sur\u00adpris\u00ading\u00adly potent pack\u00adage.
