Here\u2019s a representative excerpt:<\/p>\n<p><i>Here\u2019s my list of why evangelicals are among the most disliked persons in America:&nbsp;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>1. Christians endorse a high standard of conduct for others and then largely excuse themselves from a serious pursuit of such a life.
