Dr. Pen\u00adzias won the Nobel Prize in Physics for co-dis\u00adcov\u00ader\u00ading cos\u00admic back\u00adground radi\u00ada\u00adtion.<\/p>\n<p><i>Dr. Pen\u00adzias says, \u201cThe cre\u00adation of the uni\u00adverse is sup\u00adport\u00aded by all the observ\u00adable data astron\u00ado\u00admy has pro\u00adduced so far.
