1) Decide on the amount you would like to give each month ($50, $100, or $200 a month is typical). If you’re interested in making a special one-time gift, you can do that as well!

2) Print and fill out this form (small PDF, around 100k). Alternatively, you can fill out the form online, but it’s a little confusing. Printing it out is simpler.

3) Give online or make a check out to the General Council of the Assemblies of God, and write Account #2650299 in the memo field of your check. If you’d like, you can easily set up your pledge as a monthly credit card transaction, simply indicate your desire on the faith promise form from step 2.
