I found this quote on Andrew Careaga’s blog, and I had to repeat it:

I’d heard that, too. I haven’t tracked it down to authenticate it. Does anyone know when and where the inestimable Mr. Rock said it? If it’s part of a routine, the name of the routine would be sufficient.
